Much larger pieces (over 30" wall art ) require
shipping by UPS as oversize , or oversize 2 for the very largest, at
slightly more cost. If you have any question on shipping costs we will
be happy to review them with you after shipping, and credit your account
after receipt of UPS invoice if there is an overcharge.
We do not mark up shipping costs, merely passing them
through to you from the shipping zip code to yours. Please let us know
when ordering if you would like the charges reviewed. .
Costs:
We charge only the actual UPS charge from the shipping zip code to
yours.
When will we ship?
Delivery time is 7 - 10 days (some items may ship quicker, but
we cannot guarantee quicker delivery). Please note that we will try to
accommodate any special shipping needs that you may have; just let us
know.
When it is actually shipped we will send you notification of
shipment.
Can we ship anywhere?
Most items can
be
shipped Internationally. International orders will be shipped by USPS.
How will we ship?
Orders will normally be shipped by U P S.
UPS Standard Ground, UPS Canada Standard, and UPS Worldwide
Express are currently being used.. Any shipping options will be shown
when the order is being placed. Please advise us if you require a
special method and we will attempt to accommodate you.
Insurance, Is it included?
Yes all orders are insured for the invoice amount.
How is a damage claim made?
If any damage occurs in shipment, merely call UPS to advise
(they may require an inspection), and contact us. We will replace
damaged items upon approval of UPS.
How is a defective merchandise claim made?
If product damage is discovered after opening the
item, it must be reported within 4 days. If not reported within 4 days
there will be no credit or replacement. |
